KAG Logistics, Chemical and Specialty Products has a new executive vice president. Mike Clark recently joined the company, bringing with him extensive industry experience and knowledge. What attracted Mike to KAG was the chance to work for an industry leader.
“In the past, I
worked for a lot of logistics providers that did many things well, but few
things exceptionally,” says Clark. “I am excited to be working for a
more-specialized supply chain company that is the clear leader in its field.
KAG is laser-focused on being the best in providing liquid bulk solutions. KAG
customers live in one of the most complex and demanding parts of the supply
chain, so it will be a great opportunity to apply my experience to find new and
better customer solutions.”
Clark’s experience included serving as the vice president of transportation for DHL Supply Chain, as well as senior management roles with Pacer International (now XPO Logistics), Exel Logistics and FedEx. In total, he has over 27 years of experience in the transportation industry, primarily in transportation logistics.
In his new role, he will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of our chemical and specialty products logistics. He will work with the KAG Logistics team to further develop, plan and execute logistics solutions for the company’s valued customers. This includes continuing to strengthen business relationships while looking to drive additional growth in the company’s current and expanding markets.
